The Redemptive Road

Ben F Gray

A Living Tradition of Grassroots Gospel Renewal –– Tracing Early Christianity from North Africa to the Celtic Fringe and Beyond

Description:

The Fire Never Died

The Redemptive Road uncovers a forgotten stream of Christian faith—grassroots, prophetic, and alive with the presence of the Holy Spirit. From the deserts of North Africa to the Celtic lands of Britain and Ireland, and beyond, it traces the fire burning at the margins through a movement of prayer, pilgrimage, and courageous faith.

Rooted in Scripture and lived far from the centres of power, this is the story of saints, exiles, and everyday believers who chose communion over control and faithfulness over fame.

They refused to let the fire die. Neither should we.

What others are saying:
“Once I began reading, I simply could not put it down.”

More than just a book to read, this is an invitation to rediscover a rich spiritual heritage that still speaks with power today.

Alistair Barton

Director, Pray for Scotland, Trustee of Sannox Christian Centre, Edinburgh, Scotland

“Illuminating, challenging, and deeply inspiring.”

The Redemptive Road reveals the remarkable story of God’s faithfulness through generations and calls us to embrace our part in His ongoing mission.

“My eyes have been opened to what I never knew I did not know.”

This book is an amazing journey of revelation and insight, uncovering vital missing pieces of a divine tapestry stretching from North Africa to Celtic Britain and Ireland. A must-read.

Rev. Dr Alistair Petrie

Executive Director, Partnership Ministries, Vancouver Island, Canada

An eye-opener on the ‘missing link’ between the birth of the Church in Jerusalem and Celtic Christianity—highly commendable.

 Harry Smith

Former Director, Christian Renewal Centre Ireland, Author at Dignity Restored, Belfast, Northern Ireland

“A must have… and a must read.”

In these precarious times for the Church, this is essential reading for pastors and leaders—and all serious-minded readers—calling us back to the heart and calling of God for His Church.
